I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). I have been working in psychological services since 2006 within public, academic and private contexts.
I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety-related difficulties, low mood or trauma (e.g. PTSD). I am an integrative psychological therapist, which means that I am trained in and use multiple therapeutic approaches in my practice, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness.
I am committed to working with individuals to develop a non-judgmental, and supportive therapeutic relationship between client and therapist, to develop an effective and compassionate space through which feelings and difficulties can be explored. I work to help people to gain a better awareness and understanding of what may have contributed to their difficulties forming, what may be maintaining their distress, and to find ways to create positive change. It then becomes possible for individuals to work towards moving forward in their life feeling more in control and empowered.
I currently offer one-to-one online psychological therapy interventions. I offer daytime and a limited number of evening appointment slots. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss accessing therapy further, or to book an appointment:
